Description

Reliant Emergency Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated community-minded volunteer to help share our mission and strengthen our presence throughout Pike County. This role focuses on outreach, public engagement, and representing Reliant EMS at local events and meetings. The volunteer will play a key role in building awareness, trust, and partnerships as we work to expand high-quality emergency medical services within the community.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for Reliant EMS within Pike County
  • Assist with community outreach efforts and public awareness initiatives
  • Support and participate in community events, outreach activities, and educational opportunities
  • Represent Reliant EMS at community, civic, and government meetings as needed
  • Help communicate the mission, goals, and values of Reliant EMS to residents and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Reliant EMS leadership to ensure consistent messaging and professional representation
  • Provide feedback from community interactions to support continuous improvement and engagement efforts
Qualifications
  • Resident of Pike County, Pennsylvania or active member of a Volunteer Fire or EMS agency within Pike County
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with members of the public, community leaders, and government representatives
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent a nonprofit EMS organization with integrity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in community outreach, public service, emergency services, or nonprofit work is a plus but not required
